Laura Lanham is a Career and Talent Development Consultant with 20 years experience in career and leadership coaching, assessment facilitation, team development, talent/performance management, succession and strategic planning. She helps individuals, teams and organizations Assess, Connect and Transition in order to achieve desired outcomes. Her process is succinct, effective and delivers tangible results.
Laura received her Master of Science in Organization Development at Johns Hopkins University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Towson University. She is MBTI certified and qualified to administer many other assessments including ones that aid in career selection, communication, conflict resolution and leadership development. She is a member of the National Career Development Association where she holds earned a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) credential. She also holds a Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. As a active volunteer for her parish's church and school, she presents workshops on "Finding your Passion" to adults and faciltates career exploration sessions to students of all ages.

Once we determine the professional or business need, it is important to connect with the right resources. Doing so will help clarify goals, narrow performance gaps and make necessary changes. Connections are a combination of resources you already have access to, and acquisition of new ones.
This may seem obvious but many processes neglect the tangible elements that enable clients to Act.
The final piece of this process is creating a firm ACTion plan. You will develop action items for each goal identified, which will help achieve the desired transition. The goals will be measurable to ensure accountability and success.
